Who I Am and What I Do -
I help people buy and sell real estate. This is my passion and fervor. Realizing that I am assisting people make one of the biggest investments in their lives is truly humbling and it is something that I do not take lightly, because I have been in your shoes.
Growing up in a military family, and selling real estate in four different states, I understand what is involved in a move. Whether it is across town, or across the country, there are many questions going through your mind. I have the understanding, compassion, and knowledge to assist you in your move.

Terri Woods began her real estate career in the mid 1980’s in Texas. She has seen depressed markets and sky-rocketing markets, interest rates as high as 21% and as low as 2.5%. She has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers feel comfortable and confident as they move toward their goals.
She brings the varied skills of a professional to work as your trusted real estate adviser. From investment properties to resale and new construction homes, Terri has worked with many diverse buyers and sellers in a full spectrum of price ranges including luxury homes.
Her years in real estate also include 5 years of being the CEO/Team Leader of the largest real estate office in the area, where she recruited, trained, coached and consulted real estate agents in addition to being a co-founder/owner of the real estate office. She has served on various boards and leadership committees. She is currently the Career Consultant and Business Coach for Keller Williams Realty Mid-Willamette.
Terri has been married to Steve almost 40 years. They have three beautiful adult daughters, a wonderful son-in-law and the very best granddaughters (and three grand-dogs).
In her free time… what is “free time”?…Terri enjoys spending time with family in addition to coaching and mentoring others in their professions and life.
